missingWrote a review on Dec 03poor serviceuncomfortable cups
my expectations for nl trastevere were sky-high, but what a letdown! cleaning staff barged in despite my request, and the pathetic tiny cups for tea were a serious health hazard! as a distinguished guest, i should’ve at least received an upgrade, right? i almost considered a good review but just couldn’t, what a tragedy!

The location was fabulous with easy access to local cafes and restaurants staff were incredibly kind and attentive there's a chance to enjoy great Italian cuisine around the corner.
We faced issues with inconsistent hot water during our stay and struggled with a few ant sightings in the room which was disappointing.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the bustling nightlife of Campo de' Fiori. We had easy access to great local cafes, perfect for coffee runs with our little kids. Also, Roberto's helpfulness made our stay smoother than expected.
My wife says that the bathroom lacked basic hooks for hanging towels.
